Right time for the right vitamin....

As if just taking a pill at the same time every single day is not annoying enough, we must also be concerned with what we are mixing it with. Of course we take our thyroid meds on an empty stomach. I have also read that soy and dairy must not be consumed within 4 hours of taking the pill. Annoying! And hard to keep track of! (well, for me!)

Here is my issue:
I do take my pill every morning. My question is...when do I take vitamins (and which multi vitamin!?) to get the maximum results? At bedtime? How much calcium should I be taking? And when? And, a special question for the ladies.....once a month my energy is low low low due to my Aunt Flo, should I add B12 or iron??? AND WHEN?

I am familiar with the ThyCa site. Love it. But sometimes I need to ask questions to real people instead of going thru all the research. I tend to get sidetracked!
